Play’n Go Released a New Slot in Dead Series – Pilgrim of Dead

The famous Dead series by Play’n GO is back – and the company went above and beyond this time, having prepared an amazing surprise for the ones who enjoy fantastic stories about ancient Egypt, mythology, and spooky tales of the Kingdom of the Dead

Join the mission, try to find the Book of Life, and enjoy the newest slot release Pilgrim of Dead!

This classic slot is located in Ancient Egypt. Spooky twist makes the game even more interesting, and the title follows the path of its predecessors, Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead, launched in 2016

A lone pilgrim is searching through the underworld, and the story follows him on his adventures. He is on an important mission – to find the Book of Life. All he knows is that the book is hidden in a mysterious tomb

The players are there to help the pilgrim open the tomb and find the book he craves. The book leads to paradise, and many adventures await along the way.

Many various symbols and features:

If three or more tomb Scatters land on the reels, it will reveal the Book of Life. Pilgrim will get additional Special Expanding symbols that the players already had the opportunity to achieve in previous releases in the Dead series.

When the Free Spins round is triggered, the first special symbol on the reel becomes sticky. It also can enhance, increasing the potential prize

There is more good news for the fans of the Dead series. The nostalgic ones will be happy to hear that this game allows them to stick with the chosen pre-existing symbol or a one-time Re-Roll opportunity. The players are able to decide to roll the dice and possibly achieve the higher-paying symbol – and this additional piece of mystery makes the playing experience even more thrilling!

When the chosen symbol lands for the first time, it will be covered with gold and stuck to the reel. The audio-visual spectacle around the symbol is a unique experience on its own.

Other games from the series:

Many of these symbols are already well-known – but if you’re a newbie when it comes to the Dead series, check out the other games: Rise of Dead, Legacy of Dead, Scroll of Dead, Ghost of Dead, and the most recent one, Secret of Dead

George Olekszy,  Head of Game Retention at Play’n GO,  said: “The Dead series has surpassed iconic status. It’s only right we continue its legacy with Pilgrim of Dead. This game is very much in line with the others in the Dead saga, as well as the wider Play’n GO library. Fusing classic mechanics fans love with Ancient Egypt was a no-brainer for us. The Expanding Symbols returns with a brand-new twist, and we think fans will love it. Not to mention this game has a wonderful visual flare to it, giving the slot the premium quality Play’n GO strives for.
